The course is designed as an introduction to Chinese for absolute beginners. The emphasis is on developing basic communication skills in both speaking and listening. Apart from the language students will get an impression of daily-life in contemporary China. After completion of this course participants will be able to communicate at a basic level in the most common practical and social situations in China. You will also have learned basic grammatical structures and characters. This course is an ideal start for all those who intend to travel to China.
