Graduate Opportunities

Trainee Consultants Required by Entrepreneurial & Dynamic Company

We are offering the chance of an exceptional career opportunity.  We are looking for individuals who believe they can ‘make things happen’ & have not yet found the Company within which to achieve their goals and ambitions.

We are an established and highly specialised firm that assists high profile, powerful clients in solving complex problems.  The business we transact, quite literally results directly in the addition of anything from hundreds of thousands of pounds to tens of MILLIONS of pounds to our clients’ businesses.  And we operate within an extremely fascinating, fast paced and competitive market environment.  Specific details of our Company will be supplied on application.

We are looking to make a number of hires at Trainee Consultant level for London based opportunities.  The package will be OTE First Year of £22k minimum to £70k+ achievable.

Do you want the chance of an Exceptional Career Opportunity?

We seek highly able individuals who believe they have not yet found their career.

From the moment you join us you will receive the benefit of our structured training package PLUS specific mentoring from at least one of the Partners of the business.  Yes, we are hiring for a trainee role but we are looking for the Partners of the future in the candidates we select; we want you to give you the opportunity to be running your own business area and possibly as a Partner in our Company from as early as 5 years from joining.

We will work closely with you to enable you to have business dealings on a daily basis with people at all levels of seniority, some at entry level, and some in leading management roles.  No experience is necessary and this is NOT a sales job (sales skills, experience and tenacity are however viewed positively).

We encourage applications from all backgrounds IF you believe yourself to be a strong and outstanding candidate.  Fluency in Western European languages would be of strong interest to us but your application is just as likely to proceed if English is your only language.

Begin Making it Happen for You today.
Email us at applications@professional-recruitment.co.uk.

You will be entered into our selection process and we will reply to you.  From there, your responses will decide if your candidacy is taken to interview stage, at which stage you will receive a briefing on the company, our operations and full detail on the opportunity.

Agency life… all schmoozing, long lunches and awards ceremonies right? Well, no. We’re not going to kid you, it’s also hard graft, long hours and not for the faint hearted. But with Tidalwave, you’ll get a year’s solid experience which will set you up for life.

As one of two graduate account executives, you’ll learn everything from meeting tight financial targets to sourcing props for photo shoots. How to keep the creative department sweet (clue: it usually involves beer) while also keeping your clients happy and your projects on track. And why this job can be the most fun you can have with your clothes on.

You’ll learn the difference between a scamp and a naughty creative, why briefs have nothing to do with your smalls and how teamwork can sometimes… just sometimes… turn an impossible job into an award-winning campaign.

If you want to learn from some of the brightest minds in UK marketing, step up now. We’re looking for smart and sassy graduates, who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done properly.

Tidalwave is the best out-of-town agency around with a host of blue-chip clients and red-hot talent. We’re about to move to our new fancy-pants offices in central Richmond (we’ve run out of space for awards in our current one) and your desk is ready and waiting.

If you think this sounds up your street, email Sophie.Crossley@tidal-wave.com But not with a boring old CV, send Sophie something interesting instead. We’ll leave that challenge to you…
