LAMPETER'S
PICTURESQUE CAMPUS has the River Dulas, a tributary of the River Teifi,
running right through it. Much of the most
recent development of the campus has been on this floodplain necessitating
some canalisation of the river and annual dredging to guard against flooding.
Shown here to the right of the tennis courts is the Cliff Tucker
Theatre, officially opened by Sir Anthony Hopkins and extensively
used for screenings by the Department of Film and Media as well as student
Film Societies.
