Large-scale trenching for sequence recording and interpretation at Dartford, Kent Geoarchaeology

Geoarchaeological analysis is carried out under the direction of Dr Martin Bates, with the assistance of Mrs Su Bates.  Martin Bates has more than 25 years’ experience of field geoarchaeology on a wide range of sites in both the UK and further afield.  Working particularly in the field of contract research for a wide variety of clients, he has produced numerous reports from sites ranging from urban to rural and terrestrial to marine.
