Dragon Face PaintAre you interested in people, in their cultures, their beliefs, their festivals, traditions, religions, politics, evolution, clothing, identity, human rights, means of communication, burial customs, what they eat, how they interact with animals and the environment and what this all means? If so then you are in the right place!

Wales Anthropology Day at the University of Wales, Lampeter is an opportunity for young people, or those interested in returning to higher education to find out about anthropology (the study of human cultures and societies) and to give you the opportunity to see what it might be like to study at University. On the day you will be able to take part in a series of workshops run by members of the Archaeology and Anthropology Department at Lampeter, and from anthropologists based at other Universities around the country. You will have the chance to talk to anthropologists and students currently studying anthropology at degree level as well as meeting other people who are also interested in the subject.
